Payment Options

During your consultation appointment, you will meet with the treatment coordinator to discuss any orthodontic insurance you may have as well as the various financing options available to you.

These different payment plans are available to help spread the cost of your treatment over time which makes orthodontic care surprisingly affordable.

We are very proud to offer our patients such financing options as:

– Financing options, credit card -auto debit for credit and debit card payment;

– Discounts are available for multiple family members;

– Administrative discounts for payment in full at the start of treatment;

– Various down payment and corresponding monthly payment options;

– We also accept Visa and Master card payments.

Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment we will accept direct assignment if possible to reduce your out of pocket costs. Because orthodontic insurance is different from regular dental insurance we will work closely with you and your carrier to maximize whatever benefits are available to you; and of course we will file your claims for you. To help us with your insurance filing, please be sure to complete all of the insurance questions on our patient questionnaire.

 

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change or you no longer are eligible for coverage,, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
